This course focuses on several important person-to-person relationship-building strategies that contribute to success in personal selling to the business to business (B2B) marketplace. A high level of sales success is often achieved through the use of a consultative style, and in this course a relationship selling approach will be emphasized. Students will learn the key steps in the process, and have the opportunity to demonstrate completion of stages through varied techniques.
