This course provides an opportunity for you to develop your career interests with the help of guest speakers in a variety of positions within the culinary industry. In this course you will learn to present and pitch your ideas professionally to a supervisor. You will also build a professional portfolio, develop your culinary philosophy, and create a professional development plan to help you assess your skills and plan for the career you want.
