Students will engage in learning that prepares them, psychologically and pragmatically, for hands on dispute resolution in the community. Key areas of focus include an exploration of practitioner self-care and emotional intelligence in the conflict resolver role. Additionally students will engage in artifact creation and activity building, such as needs assessment and intervention plans, to be utilized in the community during second semester outreach (in CDRO 2301).
