In this course, students will become familiar with the various food and beverage aspects of event planning. This will include menus, function set-ups, service styles and pricing policies. A practical overview of sales procedures is integrated with selling techniques. Students will also focus on the process of sponsorship, from creating packages through to delivering on organization and sponsor needs.
