Project Management

This course introduced students to the process of planning and managing a project effectively and efficiently. The Project management lifecycle students will participate in includes initiating, managing and supporting a project that aims to aid a business goal or initiative. This is a skill that is vital both inside and outside of the IT profession and can also be utilized to aid students with being successful in their own endeavors while still completing their education as well as after they have graduated and move into industry.
