Organizational Behaviour and Leadership

Students will explore the factors that affect the overall workplace culture and atmosphere as well as organizational structures. Topics include the strategic importance of human resources management, leadership theory, team dynamics, and effectively facilitating groups. This course allows students to study leadership theories, experience leading others, and implement strategies to inspire others to take action.
