Emergency Services workers require ADVANCED leadership skills to be successful in interacting with all stakeholders at all levels in meeting the requirements of these jobs. The theory presented in the content of this program will address all the specific interactions. In this course, students intending to work as an emergency services worker will also self assess and plan for improvement of their own leadership skills; apply information on how to successfully lead in real life emergency situations; manage team interactions, problem solving and decision making; and develop essential skills to succeed in the work environment of an emergency services worker.
