Introduction to The Criminal Code Of Canada

This is an introductory course to the Criminal Code of Canada. The course will enable students to analyze elements of Criminal Code offences, classifying offences, and defences in criminal cases. Students will develop legal research and analysis skills to locate, interpret and apply statute and case law.
