Interpersonal & Group Dynamics

In this introductory level course, students learn to apply knowledge of interpersonal relations and group dynamics to working within a team. Emphasis will be placed on utilizing effective communication skills with individuals and groups. Group cohesiveness and group decision making will be discussed and applied.
