International Student Orientation

International Student Orientation (ISO) is the best way to start your journey at Durham College.

International Student Orientation consists of two parts:

  1. Home@DC ISO online mini modules covering important topics like immigration, arriving and adjusting to life in Canada, health insurance and more.
  2. International student welcome, an in-person event where you will get to know your fellow international students from around the world and get important information to set you off to a great semester.

REMEMBER!

To be prepared for your studies, and understand your responsibilities as a DC student, it is important to complete the ISO online mini modules through DC Connect in addition to the in-person International Student Welcome.

Also, your program orientation provides a great opportunity for new students to meet faculty and fellow students, and learn about the requirements for your specific program of study. See details here.
