This experiential learning course is based on the Life Skills Coaching model. It allows students an opportunity to participate in a therapeutic group intended to promote personal growth through the development of some core interpersonal skills.

Note: This course contains mandatory group work.

Students must sign on to DC Connect at http://www.durhamcollege.ca/connect using their student number and password (birthdate MMDDYR) to access the online courses. You will not be able to access the course until the start date. Please allow 24 hours after registration for the system to update.
