The Hospitality Management – Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism program at Durham College offers students the opportunity to study various aspects of the hospitality sector, including culinary skills, dimensions of tourism, food safety and the art of management. Students get comfortable in a kitchen, classroom and in real-life situations.
