Click “OK” to be redirected to Durham College Login Page Use Network credentials to login Review and “Agree” to terms & conditions. Upload a Photo to the App. If you already have a photo in the system, you can approve it to use again or retake it. Photo Criteria – Failure to adhere to this criteria will result in your photo being rejected and new one requested The background must be white or a light solid colour. The photo must be in colour. You must be the only person in the photo. The photo must show a full, front view of your face and head, top of shoulders, squared to the camera. No hats, head coverings (except for religious purposes) or sunglasses. No photos from graduation. Keep it professional, if you would not share the photo with your employer then it should not be submitted for your Campus ID. Feel free to smile. The main page has links to resources. Second image is your official campus ID that can be shown when requested. Third image has a bar code. This bar code is used for Meal Plan and can be used anywhere the QR can. Physical cards are only issued if Proximity access is required or for special circumstances. What if I do not have a mobile device? To upload your photo without a mobile device go to OneWeb and follow the prompts. If you do not have a mobile device and require a Campus ID, contact DC-CAMPUSID@durhamcollege.ca for further assistance. What if I get a new phone, how do I move my ID to a different device? You can only have your Student ID on one device at a time for security reasons. If you are going to be using a new device, you are now able to select ‘Remove Device’ from navigation button at the top right corner of your app and it will untether your account so you can add it to a new device, this must be done from the old device. Alternatively, on any device, you can go to the OneWeb page > Login > Manage Campus ID > Unregister 360u Application. How do I request a placement badge? Your Faculty office will send us a list of students who will require a placement badge. Based on this the badges will be printed and sent to your faculty office for you to pick up. If you have not downloaded the 360u app, upload an acceptable photo and create your digital Student ID card then your badge cannot be created.
