This course provides students with an introduction to health screening and fitness assessment protocols. The student will be able to gather and apply information about a client's physical activity, fitness, and lifestyle to inform the development of client-centred action plans for a healthier living. The course involves assessment protocols in body composition, muscular strength and endurance, and cardiorespiratory fitness.
