During this course, students will learn how to create and apply a wide variety of exercise programs to best match the client's goals and needs. Training variation, periodization and rehabilitation and reconditioning principles will be covered in this course. Students will also practice plyometric, speed and agility exercises and understand the theoretical application of these training strategies for clients training for a particular event or sport.
