OSAP deferral

  • A Promissory Note is a legal document that the college has in place to defer your payment until you have received your Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) funding;
  • Once you have received your OSAP estimate, print your Summary of Funding chart and bring it to the Accounting office in Room SW116 of the Gordon Willey building along with the OSAP Promissory Note.
  • You will be required to pay $200 towards your tuition fees;
  • If your OSAP does not cover the full amount of fees, the remaining amount must be paid by the due dates indicated on your fees invoice; and
  • OSAP pickup begins Wednesday, August 25. First-year students must sign up for an OSAP session, held on the second floor of the Student Centre (time TBD).

For up-to-date information, please see the Financial Aid information located under the Student tab in MyCampus

Payment options for Second Career students

In order to secure your seat you must provide a signed contract or have verbal approval from your local Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) office.

If you have received your contract and funding, please pay your fees using one of the three payment plans noted above.

If you have not yet received your contract or funding, please contact the MTCU at 1.800.387.5656 to determine the status of your application.

Sponsored students

If your fees are being paid by an external agency, the college requires an authorization letter from your sponsor. Please attach this letter to your fees invoice and submit it to the Office of the Registrar. The Accounting office will then invoice your sponsor.

Please note: you must have both copies of your tuition invoices that were included in your enrollment package when deferring or paying your tuition.

  • Most importantly, other students and faculty.

Step One: visit MyCampus.

Step two: enter your username (nine-digit campus ID as printed in your enrolment package).

  • Birth date: MMDDYY (for example, December 16, 1992 = 121692); or
  • Postal code: L1L2L3 (letters are all upper case and have no spaces).

Please note: your password is case sensitive, must be alphanumeric and a minimum of six characters.

Step four: click the log-in icon.

Below are several tutorials to assist with this process if required:

  • By selecting the Take the Self-Identification Student Survey link at the end of the online registration process; or
  • By returning to the Student Services and Financial Aid section on MyCampus and selecting Self-Identification Student Survey.

The Self-Identification Student Survey will be available on MyCampus from July 12 to Sunday, October 31, 2010.

Purchase your books

Campus Bookstore

Avoid the traditional lineups and sore arms that result from purchasing your books in-person by navigating through the Campus Bookstore website.

Step one: view the Ordering books online tutorial or the How to find your textbooks and create your booklist video tutorial.

Step two: view your booklist and follow the directions.

Step three: add the books to your basket and check out.

Step four: wait for your books to arrive in the mail or pick them up at the Campus Bookstore in Room A125 of the Gordon Willey building. The fee for a mail order is $10 and pick up is $5.

Please note: it is recommended that you wait until you have attended the first day of each class before removing the wrapping from your textbooks. Course textbooks cannot be returned once they have been opened.

Campus ID

Your campus identification (ID) card is a valuable and required piece of identification that is valid for the duration of your studies (yearly validation required).

Step one: make a tuition payment or defer your fees.

Step two: obtain proof of registration and government photo ID.

  • Government-issued photo ID may be any one of the following: BYID card; Canadian citizenship card; driver's licence; or passport; and
  • If you do not have any government-issued photo ID you must complete a Student Identification form. This form requires the signature of a guarantor prior to arriving on campus.

Step three: go to Campus Identification Services.
