Gas Technician 2B Theory

This course is a continuation in the study of Natural Gas and Propane Gas control and system fundamentals, installation and venting practices along with a in-depth study of today's gas fired heating systems. This semester will cover domestic gas-fired refrigerators, conversion burners, hydronic heating systems, forced air add-ons and air handlers The content of this course will follow the Technical Standards and Safety Authority's (TSSA) curriculum for Modules 13,16,17,20,21,22,23 and 24. Students who successfully complete this course may apply to TSSA (Technical Standards & Safety Authority) for certification as a Gas Technician 2.
