Campus Identification Office - go to G1004
Once you have registered for fall, winter or summer classes, new students must bring proof of registration, proof of tuition payment/deferment and one piece of valid government issued photo ID to our office. All returning student cards must be validated to confirm your registration as a full- or part-time student for the next academic year and receive the new U-Pass sticker before classes begin.
First cards and validation of returning student cards for September start up will be available in the campus ID office upon re-registration providing you’ve chosen all your classes, as soon as July. In order to take advantage of the U-Pass on your first day of classes, full-time students are encouraged to update your card before classes begin.
The fall/winter U-Pass sticker is valid each September 1st, until May 31st, of the following year. Students registered as full-time post-secondary students from January/February/March to late summer, or as May start students, will be assessed and charged for the Summer U-Pass sticker. The valid period for the Summer U-Pass is June 1st, to August 31st. Visit the ID office late in May to receive the Summer U-Pass sticker.
Please note: Reprint Fees apply for all replacement cards and if you cannot present last year’s card for validation.
