Intro to Small Business 1

This is an introductory course that covers automotive operational procedures for different types of service facilities. The emphasis will focus on the tasks and duties of each member of the service team including the service consultant, technicians, and parts specialists. Topics will include customer relations from the initial contact to the presentation of the invoice to the customer as well as the work environment, legal issues, warranties, campaigns and recalls as well as the job performance techniques for the service team. The course will prepare the students of what to expect when they enter into a career in the automotive service business.
