Hospitality Capstone Project

Building on the concepts learned in previous semesters, this course allows students to demonstrate their skills in strategic thinking and decision making in a competitive hotel simulation. Teams operate in real time within realistic market dynamics to strategize decisions in the departments of revenue management, room's division, food and beverage, marketing and sales, human resources and facilities. Additionally, secondary concepts are reinforced with additional activities from creating concept boards, brochures and menus to networking and competing for lucrative RFPs.
