This course provides a theoretical framework for understanding group work interactions. The student will learn about the nature, dynamics, and stages of groups; additionally the student will explore roles, leadership skills, communication patterns, decision making, and conflict resolution skills. The student's learning experience will be enhanced by utilizing the process of self-reflection and feedback in understanding the relevance of theory to each student as an individual and to group practice.
