This course utilizes the CSEP-PATH (Physical Activity Training for Health) protocol to introduce the student to a safe and practical fitness assessment. The student will be able to gather and apply information about a client's physical activity, fitness and lifestyle to inform the development of client-centred action plans for healthier living.
