ELEC Code 3

This course is designed as a continuation of CODE 2400 from the previous semester. It will introduce the student to the Rules and Regulations for some different sections found in the Canadian Electrical Code. This course will include locating and discussion of the rules as they pertain to installations other than residential applications as previously covered. This course will study some specialty sections to include mostly commercial applications such as: demand factor calculations ( for other than residential ), commercial heating applications, protection and control devices, hazardous locations, patient care areas, individual motors, and commercial type lighting as well the use of any associated tables and/or appendices.
