Registration information page

Subject credit

Application for subject credit(s) should be completed no later than four weeks from subject commencement, preferably during registration. Students are strongly advised to continue attending classes in the subject(s) for which they have applied for credit, until they have received written approval from the program dean or designate that their application has been approved.

Students are responsible for providing documentation, such as official transcripts, subject descriptions and/or subject outlines to support an application for credit.

If you are applying for subject credit/exemption, please ensure you have completed the Subject Credit Application form [PDF - 37 KB] and submitted the appropriate documents to the Office of the Registrar by the designated deadlines (see Post-Secondary Programs Academic Calendar).

Timetables can be accessed through your MyCampus account. If you do not remember your username or password to log on to your MyCampus account, please contact the Help Desk at 905.721.3333.

Withdrawal and refund

If you are a full-time student who officially withdraws from the college within 10 days of beginning your first semester, you will receive a full refund less $100. If you withdraw after that date but before the tenth day in the following semester, you will receive a 50 per cent refund of your tuition fees. Deferral and late charges will not be refunded. Failure to attend classes will not constitute a withdrawal. You must complete an official Withdrawal form available from the dean of your program and submit the completed form to the Registrar’s office. International students must contact the Registrar’s office for information concerning withdrawals or refunds.
