This one-day performance management related course looks at four ways to determine appropriate “SMART” goals and KPI’s for employees and departments. Most managers understand the SMART concept (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-based) but struggle with creating “Meaningful Measurements” that are effective at motivating the employee while at the same time bettering the organization’s competitive position. By the conclusion of the course, the manager will have a new perspective and find it easier to identify SMART goal opportunities.
