Health Centre Physician

The Health Centre @ Durham College is recruiting for physicians to provide primary health care to a young adult population of 11,000 students and 1000 employees of Durham College and UOIT, within the College’s Health & Counselling department.

Working collaboratively within the Health Centre’s multidisciplinary clinical team, consisting of physicians, nurses, mental health clinicians, chiropractors, massage therapists, nutritional counselling services and administrative support, the successful candidate must have competence and experience in primary health care as well as diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care of students with mental illnesses.

This is a “Fee for Service” walk in medical clinic. Hours and schedules are flexible, with the successful candidates beginning in October 2011.
