Future Innovation Technology Creativity (FITC) – Conference

Journalism Professor appointed vice-president of the Broadcast Educators Association of Canada
Anna Rodrigues, professor, School of Media, Art & Design was appointed vice-president of the Broadcast Educators Association of Canada (BEAC), Board of Directors at the annual BEAC conference held May 24 to 27 in Ottawa and hosted by Algonquin College.
BEAC is a national organization dedicated to promoting excellence in media education. The theme for this year’s conference was ideas and inspiration.
While Anna attended the conference, she also presented on the Downtown Oshawa News blog during the best practices session. The conference had representatives from British Columbia to Nova Scotia.
