How it works

Durham College offers several online courses in conjunction with Education-To-Go. Each class has its own website and in addition to lessons you will have the added advantage of interactive quizzes, assignments, tutorials and online discussion areas via the Internet.

Each course runs for six weeks and consists of twelve lessons. No textbooks required – all the information you need is posted online and your assignments will be returned to you each week, providing continual feedback. Final exams are also completed online.

A valid e-mail account is required when registering as detailed instructions will be e-mailed to you a few days prior to your course start date.

Start dates

All courses begin on Wednesdays. Start dates are as follows:

• December 12
• January 16
• February 20
• March 20
• April 17
• May 15
• June 19
• July 17
• August 21

Please ensure that you have chosen the correct start date. Deadline to register is 4:30 p.m. on the Friday prior to each of the start dates listed above.
