Students who have self-identified that they have H1N1 flu and have reported this to their school offices will not be required to provide a doctor's note for this particular illness. However, students are ultimately responsible for any missed classes or materials and are encouraged to meet with faculty to develop completion plans as soon as practicable.
H1N1 flu attendance data will be forwarded to program co-ordinators and faculty. This data may also be forwarded to public health authorities should it be requested.
All other absences are to be reported in the normal manner as outlined in course/program documents.
