Chartwells
Chartwells is offering family members half price "All You Care to Eat" dining in the South Village Dining Hall. Before you say goodbye to your son or daughter, enjoy a meal with them for half price.
Chartwells, a division of Compass Group, provides a variety of menu options, personalized service and pleasant dining experiences, designed to satisfy your ever-changing dining demands. Whatever your appetite, whether you're looking for fast food, full meals, a quick sandwich or just a coffee to go, you are sure to find it on-campus.
Country Style Bistro Deli
Located at the east end of the South Wing, Country Style Bistro Deli offers numerous lunch and beverage options with plenty of seating for you to sit down and enjoy your order. Offerings include:
- Baguette sandwiches;
- Entree salads;
- Hot lunch entrees;
- On The Go sandwiches and salads;
- Smoothies;
- Specialty desserts; and
- Specialty drinks.
E.P Taylor's Pub and Restaurant
Known as E.P. Taylor's, this pub is centrally located on the Oshawa campus in the Student Centre. You can:
- Enjoy a game of pool;
- Listen to music; and
- Hang out with your friends.
Extreme Pita
Looking to grab a quick bite? Grab a pita or a salad from Extreme Pita. Centrally located in the B Wing on the second floor of the Gordon Willey building, this restaurant is alongside Tim Hortons.
Library Cafe
The Library Cafe offers:
- Starbucks coffees, cappuccinos, and lattes;
- Freshens smoothies;
- On The Go sandwiches and salads; and
- A gourmet bakery.
Marketplace Cafeteria
From burgers and fries, to Pizza Pizza, sandwiches, soup and much more, the Marketplace Cafeteria is located in the heart of the Gordon Willey building and can easily be found across the way from the security desk.
Shagwell's on the Ridge
Found on the second floor of the Campus Ice Centre, Shagwell's on the Ridge is a licensed restaurant where you can:
- Grab a burger and fries;
- Order a pound of wings from one of the dozens of flavours available; and
- Hang out with friends.
South Village Residence Dining Hall
Located on the main floor of the South Village Residence, this dining hall offers a wide variety of meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can choose from the:
- Buffet;
- Food stations; or
- Grab a bagged lunch to go.
Tim Hortons
If you need a caffeine fix or a quick snack between classes, we have two Tim Hortons conveniently located on the Oshawa campus. One is centrally located in the B Wing on the second floor of the Gordon Willey building and the other can easily be found in the UB Cafe. If you are at the Whitby campus, you can find a Tim Hortons in the cafeteria.
UB Cafe
A popular spot to grab lunch, the UB Cafe offers a variety of meal options including:
- Made-to-order salads;
- Ethnic cuisine;
- Premade sandwiches;
- Hearty breakfasts; and
- Soup.
Located in the main floor of the Business and Information Technology building, this is a great place to hang out with your friends while you grab a bite.
Upper Crust
The Upper Crust serves traditional french baguettes and specialty sandwiches, along with gourmet pastries. It is located on the first floor of the Science building.
Whitby cafeteria
Centrally located at the Whitby campus, the cafeteria is home to:
- Coyote Jacks Grill;
- Culinary Table Entrees;
- On The Go sandwiches and salads;
- Pizza Pizza; and
- Tim Hortons.
