Ontario Student Assistance Program
OSAP provides financial assistance to students in Ontario. Applicants are assessed for loan and grant assistance through government grant programs. Applications require approximately four weeks to process. Visit osap.gov.on.ca for more information including:
- Applying for OSAP;
- Checking application status or date funding was issued; and
- Supporting documentation required to finalize application (if necessary).
Your loan documents should arrive at the Financial Aid and Awards office 10 days after the issue date.
If you cannot access your OSAP account due to an invalid password, take your social insurance card and government-issued photo identification to a financial aid office at any post-secondary institution in Ontario to have your password reset.
