Archives
The Durham College and UOIT Archives acquires College and University records that document the institutions' history, organization, structure, programs, functions and research. To support these records, documents from campus divisions and departments, the personal papers of individuals, and collections of material from other sources that illustrate the life of the institutions may also be acquired. The Archives is comprised of both digital (including online abstracts for a Nuclear Reports Special Collection) and physical (print, videos, posters, etc.) records.

Inquiries about hard copy archival documents should be directed to Kathryn Hanson, Special Projects Officer x.2399. Access to these records is by appointment only.
The acquisition of records is conducted through traditional archival practices and procedures. All acquisitions will be documented in formal donation agreements. All donated and transferred material will become the property of the Durham College and University of Ontario Institute of Technology Archives.
